System Design, Development & Comprehensive Project Management
SYNCRO has developed complex, highly reliable products since 1946 in a controlled environment with an emphasis on quality, safety, and transparency. Our management system is governed, not only by integrity, but also an ISO 9001 approved quality system and ISO 14001 approved environmental management system. All manufactured interconnects are controlled through intense compliance to applicable IPC standards. SYNCRO has in-house IPC certified trainers responsible for the continuing education of our associates.
Full Concept Design
SYNCRO understands the full lifecycle design concept is the core idea driving the design of a product. We begin  with understanding the  scope and requirements of your project  at the inception level of sketches, images, and a written statement. Using our in-house tools such as Solidworks® and Altium® we capture the electrical and electromechanical details of your project. We then create and revise the design concepts to arrive at finished solution.
Electronics Design + Build
SYNCRO’s in-house electrical design team creates and manages the schematic design and capture of your electronics through our Altium® PCB design tools. We have years of experience in specifying manufacturers and the selection of robust materials, including lifecycle / obsolescence evaluation of components to insure long-term availability of selected materials.
Acquisition + Integration
SYNCRO has engineers and CAD design experts proficient in the use of in-house tools such as Solidworks ® to create 2D and 3D models of various designs. We have relationships that allow for simulation of designs using FEA tools to complete predictive modeling to predict predicate potential areas of concern. We have in-house additive manufacturing capability for multiple materials from thermoplastics to carbon fiber to confirm form, fit, and function of designs prior to initiating serial production.

Manufacturing + Fulfillment
SYNCRO has over 130,000 square feet of manufacturing and fulfillment space, including 20,000 square feet of high-bay integration space. We are vertically integrated from wire processing and cable assembly to Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and Mechanical Fabrication, and full Box
Build and system integration of manufactured and sourced components.
Delivery On Demand
SYNCRO maintains audited finished goods inventory according to our customer’s defined requirements. The control of all material is governed by our Epicor ERP system, allowing for real-time reporting. We accept demand signals from our customers via various methods, including EDI and portal interface, and ship products to the desired location(s) specified by our customers.
