Foreign Military Sales
SYNCRO has the technical and programmatic skills to engage at all levels of the FMS process. When a foreign partner nation identifies a gap in their defense capability, they can rely on the in-country U.S. Security Cooperation Organization (SCO) to help define and refine their requirements. The SCO then sends these requirements to the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) as a Letter of Request (LOR). The LOR is then forwarded to the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), who requests a Price and Availability (P&A) from the necessary Project Managers (PM) and Product Directors (PD).
SYNCRO Corporation is able to provide assistance with the processes including (but not limited to): Technical Support for equipment definition applicable to the system level asset (Ex. UH-60, Patriot, etal), Procurement Solutions, Manufacturing and Integration Support locally, and Storage and Logistics Management through to transfer of ownership to the foreign partner nation.
